Happy “Bump” Day! Hahaha!!! Well here is some pretty big news! I figure many will be excited, some will be shocked, some may stop following. Oh well, this is a part of my journey in both life and fitness. Follow me as I grow and lose my abs but maintain a healthy pregnancy and then take the time post delivery to regain my fitness figure! This will be a true fitness test!

Just because it’s Sunday doesn’t mean it’s rest day! What is this “rest” day and how do I work that muscle? hahhaha. Saw that on an Arnold meme before and cracked me up! LOVE arm day, tricep kickbacks here, making gains! Did shoulders, bis, tris and abs today! BOOM!

Fit Friday!!! (I know I’ve been a little late with the holiday and all, haha). Bang out those arms boys/girls. Here I am super setting with close grip EZ curl bar and then immediately picking up the 10 lb dumbbells at my feet to do wide angle curls. This exhausts the biceps and makes sure you hit both heads of the muscle. Try it and feel the burn!
Motivation Monday!!! Abs, abs, abs. Decline, weighted, crunches here. Keep those abs tight!
